Lead end-to-end training strategy translating new products, features, and real-world use cases into high-impact learning experiences across eLearning, ILT, video, and hands-on labs. Manage, mentor, and upskill content developers and instructional designers to ensure technically accurate, engaging content; maintain quality standards and deliver content on time while partnering with product managers, instructors, and stakeholders to translate cybersecurity and AI concepts into learner-ready narratives and hands-on experiences.
