Job Summary
Technical Training Content Developer / Enterprise Training Manager, Technical Content responsible for owning and maintaining Commerce product training and developer learning content across platform releases, creating product- and developer-focused video content (scripting, narration, screen recordings), applying adult learning best practices, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation. Deliver customized virtual and in-person training for enterprise merchants, agency partners, and internal teams; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Account Management, and Marketing; manage training plans and scheduling; require solid experience with GitHub, Next.js or Nuxt.js, APIs, HTML/CSS/JS, and experience communicating complex technical topics to diverse audiences. Role located in Austin, TX with hybrid work arrangement and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of combined experience in the technology industry with a focus on technical writing, instructional design, product training, developer education, or similar roles
