Job Summary

Facilitate hands-on technical training sessions covering equipment operation, safety, quality, and standard work procedures for new and existing team members. Lead new hire orientation, create and maintain training materials and standard operating procedures, and evaluate learner performance through practical assessments. Partner with supervisors and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps, maintain accurate training records, and recommend program improvements based on feedback. Work across the production floor and in classroom settings, standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting materials up to 25 lbs, with flexibility for various shifts and overtime.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering technical or skills-based training in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Working knowledge of safety practices
  • Working knowledge of equipment operation
  • Ability to create clear, user-friendly training materials
  • Ability to create instructional guides
  • Comfortable using technology
  • Ability to use learning management systems (LMS)
  • Ability to use training tracking tools
