Technical Trainer, VCE

Technical Trainer for Verkada's VCE program. Deliver in-person training on Verkada's product suite, including network security, IoT, and physical security topics, to audiences ranging from installation technicians to executives. Present solutions, adapt sessions for varying skill levels, maintain and report training data, and travel 50-60% to client sites. Stay current on security and IoT industry trends, evangelize products to partners, customers, and internal teams, and collaborate to refine the VCE curriculum for long-term program growth. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong networking knowledge (HTTPS/SSL, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, Firewalls), excellent English communication, and industry certifications are a plus (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, Security+). Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week in the US; primary region noted as Eastern US.
