Job Summary
Own training development, delivery and programs for the Engineering Teams at HPE-N. Design programs to match stakeholder requirements, manage implementation and reporting, and support live delivery of technical training (webinars, workshops, classroom training). Contribute to AI-oriented initiatives to enhance training tools and enablement, including exploring small-scale AI tools and API-based services; stay current with emerging AI tools and practices relevant to instructional technology and engineering workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Software engineering background with basic coding/developer skills, tools and practices
- Preference for 4+ years of experience in software engineering
- Technical Training Content Development Skills
- Technical Training Delivery
- Program Management & Project planning skills
- Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with generative AI platforms (e.g., GPT family models, Claude, Gemini) and familiarity with prompt engineering
- Proficiency in Python or another scripting language commonly used for AI/ML experimentation
