Job Summary
Conduct training needs assessments by gathering information on department skill sets and develop technical training programs based on identified requirements. Prepare training materials and deliver sessions in groups or individually, while creating and executing test cases to confirm application readiness. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and implement improvements, clearly documenting issues found during testing or training. Collaborate with business teams to understand system needs and assist analysts in documenting new feature requirements. On-site position in Chesterfield MO, Monday-Friday with occasional after-hours work. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and performance-based bonuses available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, Education, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two years of experience as a technical trainer, training specialist, or in a similar role
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced technical skills in e-learning and mobile training
- Proven training / teaching experience
- Professional technical training certification, such as STT
