Job Summary
Deliver assembly, sheet metal fabrication, and material handling related training alongside compliance training for employees across Arizona manufacturing facilities. Conduct new hire onboarding, perform training needs assessments, and review training content to develop timetables meeting business demands. Administer the online Learning Management System and track training completions and general recordkeeping. Schedule is primarily 1st shift with flexibility to adjust to 2nd and 3rd shifts as needed. This role supports Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove's mission to serve customers in luxury homes through integrity and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for 1st shift
- Must be able to adjust schedules to meet demands on 2nd and 3rd shifts as needed
- Must be able to deliver assembly, sheet metal fabrication, and material handling related training
- Must be able to deliver compliance related training
- Must be able to conduct new hire onboarding with manufacturing employees
- Must be able to develop training timetables to meet needs of the business
- Must be able to conduct training needs assessments
- Must be able to conduct training content reviews
- Must be able to serve as the administrator for the online Learning Management System
- Must be able to track training completions and general recordkeeping
- Must be able to take a pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Must pass a background check
