Job Summary
Deliver technical training on Rotork Fluid Power products across all regions using varied communication methods and training techniques. Maintain training materials, prepare targeted programs for new, existing, and legacy products, and document all training activities. Support HSE representatives in developing and rolling out safety-related training while providing technical solutions to queries raised during sessions. This hybrid role requires occasional overnight travel and fluent English and Italian. Candidates must possess strong mechanical awareness, practical ability, and the flexibility to assess individual trainee needs. Required Qualifications
- A willingness to travel occasionally with overnight stays
- Technical Actuator product knowledge allied with a good understanding and appreciation of fluid power actuators and their application
- Valve types, their performance and sizing characteristics
- User control systems, common process operations
- Fluid mechanics and operational restrictions and requirements
- Instrument products and applications, especially in combination with fluid power products
- Full Driving licence / International Passport
- An understanding of site safety procedures
- Fluent English and Italian
- Is a good communicator and has good presentation and training skills
- Is self-motivated and has good organisational skills
- Is adaptable, flexible and able ability to assess individual trainee needs
- Has good Mechanical/Pneumatic/Hydraulic awareness and practical ability
- Is creative in presentation of information
- Is able to provide technical solutions to queries raised within training sessions
