Job Summary
Formulate teaching outlines, determine instructional methods, and develop curricula with learning objectives to establish foundational knowledge for assigned work. Conduct training classes, create tests and visual aids, and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities. Keep abreast of learning theory and new materials while ensuring products adhere to applicable customer and community standards. Maintain quality standards as directed by program leadership and support corrective actions. Engage with colleagues and customers to continuously improve professional development initiatives. Manage record management, registration, facility access, and attendance for efficient course delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- 4 years of additional relevant experience
- Proven experience as a training instructor providing in-person and/or virtual learning
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with support from leadership

- Mindful of new information technology training needs, trends, methods, and techniques
