Job Summary
Deliver and maintain technical training programs for internal staff, service partners, and customers across facilities and remote locations. Create and update training materials including manuals, presentations, videos, and digital learning content while ensuring accuracy against organizational standards. Conduct instructor-led and virtual sessions on equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and best practices. Evaluate trainee performance, provide feedback, and support onboarding through structured pathways. Collaborate with Service, Technical Support, Engineering, and Quality teams to align content with current procedures. Organize training data into reports, dashboards, and learning modules, and implement continuous improvements to curriculum and delivery methods.
Required Qualifications
- Batchelor's Degree or 4 years related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
- Adept with Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office Products
- Proficient on Company provided hardware and software
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak and write effectively to customers or associates of the organization
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to regularly sit and talk or hear
- Ability to frequently use hands to sort, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Close vision
- Work normally performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates with extensive hands-on experience with Mimaki products and field service operations
