Job Summary
Deliver structured new hire training and hands-on Skills Lab onboarding for manufacturing and electrical assembly employees; act as SME in technical training; design and deliver instructor-led and hands-on training; align with Kratos Skills Matrix; support LMS (Litmos) integration; ensure compliance with OSHA, UL, safety and quality standards; collaborate with HR, Production Leads, engineers, and maintenance; develop training plans; monitor performance and provide coaching; utilize Lean/CI practices; proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong technical writing; collaboration, coaching, and mentorship to reinforce skills application in the workplace.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Engineering, Production, or Technical Training
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience with LEAN/Continuous Improvement
- Foundational knowledge of low-voltage power distribution and wiring practices
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively across diverse groups and roles
