Technical Trainer

Job Summary
Plan, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs for internal and external participants across Scandinavia. Develop, maintain, and finalize eLearning content, technical manuals, and training materials while conducting forklift operator training and issuing certificates. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Technical Documentation department to ensure content accuracy, support customers and service engineers with educational materials, and gather technical insights on product functionality. Coordinate travel arrangements for approved training activities and report issues related to product drawings or software. The position is based in Markaryd, Sweden, and requires regular travel within Scandinavia.

- Strong technical knowledge within hydraulics, electronics, mechanics, and software systems
- Extensive product knowledge or the ability to quickly acquire advanced technical product expertise
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital training/eLearning tools
- The ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and effectively across cultures
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across functions and regions
- Regular travel within Scandinavia in connection with training activities and customer visits
