Job Summary
Technical Trainer – Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Deliver classroom-based, workshop, and hands-on technical training; develop and update training materials; assess learner competency; ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance; coach and mentor trainees; integrate project management and continuous improvement methodologies into training; require a Bachelor’s degree in related engineering, 5+ years industrial/manufacturing experience, 2+ years training experience, and strong English communication; preferred PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications; compensation includes a monthly package with base salary and allowances; full-time contract for 1 year; in-person training role in Riyadh with visa and onboarding support for candidates from outside Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of industrial or manufacturing industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of training, coaching, teaching, or instructional experience
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, quality management, and operational excellence
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Strong report writing and documentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
