Technical Trainer (HVAC After Sales)

Technical Trainer position for HVAC aftersales at Bosch requires delivering face-to-face trainings for external service partners, installers, planners, and internal colleagues; creating and localizing country-specific training content (presentations, curriculum, e-learning, video content); providing remote and on-site support for troubleshooting, commissioning, maintenance, and repair; acting as a technical expert for HVAC products (heat pumps, gas boilers, air conditioners); managing training administration, e-learning content, and training schedules in the e-academy platform; maintaining training center infrastructure and providing back-office support for trainings; collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality knowledge transfer; preferred Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience; strong presentation and communication skills; fluent Hungarian and business-level English; minimum of 5 years in a technical/HVAC-related field; experience with delivering trainings and working with external partners; familiarity with systems like JIRA or similar support tools; flexible with work arrangements including a hybrid remote option and location in Budapest, Hungary.
