Job Summary
Technical Trainer to enable customers across the EMEA region (based in London) with Amplitude's product suite. Deliver engaging training sessions (live virtual, in-person workshops, and asynchronous formats) for customers, partners, and internal teams; tailor content to diverse skill levels; develop deep product expertise across Analytics, Session Replay, Experimentation, and Guides & Surveys; leverage AI tools to enhance training design and scale impact; collaborate with global Education team and support regional partners. Willingness to travel 50–60% across the EMEA region with hybrid work arrangements; fluency in English and French (Spanish a plus) and strong facilitation and executive-level communication skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Three plus years (3+) with Technical Trainer experience with a SaaS / AI company
- Fluency in English and French (required) — ability to deliver training and communicate with customers in both languages
- Proficiency in Spanish (nice to have)
- Exceptional live facilitation skills
- Demonstrated experience tailoring enablement based on discovery
- The ability to explain complex analytics and AI-driven concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Executive-ready communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms and a strong understanding of customer behavior analytics
- Willingness to travel 50–60% across the EMEA region, with occasional global travel
- Based in London
- Active experimentation with emerging AI tools and demonstration of AI-driven workflows to improve training effectiveness
- Growth mindset and ownership mentality
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and stakeholders
