Technical Trainer- DDP

Technical Trainer responsible for delivering in-house and on-site training, traveling domestically and internationally to customer sites, and managing classroom/lab activities to meet course objectives. Maintains and expands product technical knowledge, prepares and presents defined courses, and may certify others. Develops and augments technical documentation, applies Instructional System Design (ISD) methodologies, and participates in creating new certification requirements. Provides technical troubleshooting and supports system repairs to ensure training objectives are met. Coaches and mentors instructors, leads small projects, collaborates with Engineering and Manufacturing, and contributes to best-known methods. Develops new procedures, participates in final product tests, and updates customer-facing documentation and training materials. Demonstrates knowledge of business units, builds customer relationships, and identifies future training opportunities while managing multiple projects and ensuring safety compliance across domestic and international sites.
