Technical Trainer

Coordinate and deliver technical training for laboratory staff, including SOPs, technical job skills and competency evaluations; ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements (FDA and AABB); monitor training effectiveness, maintain records in the learning management system, and assist with development and updating training programs; provide mentorship to trainees and contribute to training planning, scheduling, and follow-up to ensure high-quality competency across the team; perform donor sample testing in alignment with regulatory requirements and stay competent in laboratory testing while supporting continuous improvement in training activities.
