Job Summary
Deliver theoretical and practical training programs in classroom and laboratory settings while preparing educational materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises. Evaluate trainee progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous creation and improvement of training content. Manage the technical training laboratory operations and ensure all staff stay updated on new aluminum products and systems through collaboration with Product Management, R&D, Technical Support, and Sales teams. Support Academy technical actions, including presentations, demonstrations, and client visits. Maintain alignment with sustainable construction practices to enhance building quality through ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού, Πολιτικού Μηχανικού, Μηχανικού Βιομηχανικού Σχεδιασμού, ή άλλου παρεμφερούς τεχνικού αντικειμένου
- Τεχνική γνώση αρχιτεκτονικών συστημάτων αλουμινίου
- Ικανότητα ανάγνωσης και διαχείρισης τεχνικών σχεδίων και προδιαγραφών
- Προηγούμενη εμπειρία στον χώρο του αλουμινίου (κατασκευή, τοποθέτηση κτλ)
- Δυνατότητα ταξιδίων
