Job Summary
Technical Trainer (1st shift) delivering hands-on technical training across manufacturing operations; leads onboarding, develops and maintains training materials and SOPs, conducts competency assessments, collaborates with supervisors and SMEs, maintains training records, and supports audits/compliance. Must have experience in manufacturing/industrial training, strong communication/presentation skills, LMS familiarity, safety and quality knowledge, and the ability to work independently and on a team on a fast-paced production floor with flexibility for shifts/overtime.
