Job Summary
Provide appropriate drawings and details with support from the design team for use by the sales team, site managers, and commercial teams to assist procurement. Assist site managers by addressing development queries and provide supporting information to secure the discharge of planning conditions while tracking application progress. Monitor National House Building Council condition status in relation to CMLs and assist in producing documentation to comply with Construction Design Management Regulations. Shadow the Design Manager to develop skills in design, detailing, document coordination, and project coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to plan, organise and monitor
- A basic understanding of the construction process and the provision of technical drawings that meet the requirements of the Building Regulations/NHBC standards
- Excellent communication skills, IT, written and oral
- Building and maintaining good working relationships
- Positive can-do attitude to succeed and progress within the business
- Drive and ambition
