Technical Tester – Automation Specialist

Job Summary
Design and develop automated test scripts for web, mobile, and desktop applications while executing suites to analyze results and report defects. Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate these tests into the continuous integration and delivery process, and identify test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements. Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback that improves software quality, and research appropriate automation tools and frameworks for different projects. This role requires 5-7 years of experience in technical leadership, with a focus on Selenium, TestNG, Postman, Swagger, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins. Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in technical leadership and team management in software
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Solid knowledge of programming languages, API integration, and web development
- Automation Testing: Selenium, TestNG
- API Testing: Postman, Swagger
- DevOps: Azure DevOps, Jenkins
Desired Qualifications
- Coursework or certification in software testing or quality assurance
- Experience in development projects or equivalent
- master's degree
- Advanced skills in project coordination and Agile methodologies (Scrum certification is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence teams positively and stakeholders
