Job Summary
Technical Team Project Manager responsible for delivering a portfolio of complex technical projects under the Clean Rivers & Seas programme. Manages programme scope, time, cost and quality targets; develops and maintains schedules, milestones, risks and dependencies; coordinates cross-disciplinary workstreams from design through to implementation; oversees budgeting, forecasting, cost control and performance reporting; collaborates with procurement and finance to drive value for money; ensures governance and regulatory compliance; prepares business cases and governance papers; fosters stakeholder engagement and collaboration with Southern Water and partner organisations to deliver data-led, innovative solutions for storm overflow reduction and water quality improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Proven experience delivering technical or infrastructure projects
- Strong programme control, financial management, procurement and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience operating within regulated or governance-led environments
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
