Technical Team Manager – High-Rise Towers

Job Summary
Lead and manage the multidisciplinary Technical Team (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural) providing centralized technical support to major high-rise tower developments in Riyadh. Review and approve design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submittals prior to issuance, while ensuring compliance with the Saudi Building Code and international standards. Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors, and client representatives to resolve technical queries, oversee BIM coordination and clash detection, and evaluate value engineering proposals. Provide mentorship to site engineering teams and monitor emerging technical risks, reporting status and recommendations to senior management. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture and 15+ years of experience in high-rise tower construction and technical management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in high-rise towers or major real estate developments
- Proven experience in technical management and multidisciplinary team leadership
- Strong knowledge of high-rise towers construction and technical coordination
