Job Summary
Technical Targeter and Discovery Analyst responsible for SIGINT-focused intelligence work: apply vulnerability analysis, network mapping, exploitation, and signals intelligence (SIGINT) expertise to develop access leads and products for actionable intelligence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence mission-bearing decisions, using time-sensitive raw data across multiple platforms and tools to shape targeting narratives. Requires strong experience in SIGINT analysis, target development, and ability to fuse complex data sets into actionable leads, with a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph. Roles may involve hybrid work arrangements (onsite Booz Allen facilities and remote work) and may include interaction with government clients to support critical defense and national security missions.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with signals intelligence analysis, OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with signals intelligence analysis
- Experience with SIGINT analysis and technical targeting
- Experience with telecommunications, weapons, and space-based technologies
- Experience with social network analysis, network exploitation and vulnerability analysis, and target development
- Ability to read and process all-source intelligence reports and implement directives
- Ability to parse, research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets and generate leads to advance dynamic objectives collection and analysis
