Job Summary
Technical Talent Acquisition Partner focused on end-to-end hiring for software engineering, data & analytics, and technology operations. You’ll partner with engineering leadership to shape hiring strategies, proactively source and engage top tech talent, build strong pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation to offer. Requires fluency in English and Polish and 6+ years of experience in technology recruitment (RPO, embedded, or in-house). The role emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers, market insights, and data-driven hiring recommendations to support scaling teams in a global tech environment.
