Job Summary
Hands-on Technical Systems Developer role combining application development, system administration, automation, infrastructure support, and troubleshooting. Design, develop, and maintain internal applications and business systems; build integrations and automation using APIs and modern development tools; develop AI-assisted workflows and process improvements; troubleshoot, test, deploy, and support software solutions; follow software engineering best practices. Provide technical support for internal users, systems, and business applications; maintain Windows/Linux environments, servers, networks, and hardware; assist with network troubleshooting, system upgrades, backups, and security initiatives; support printers, workstations, storage systems, and other critical infrastructure. Support and optimize platforms such as Odoo, Shopify, Amazon, and other operational systems; maintain technical documentation and contribute to process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in software development, IT support, or a related technical role
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language
- Experience with APIs, automation, and system integrations
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with Linux server environments and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to work across diverse technologies
