Job Summary
Serve as a key liaison between Operations and IT, traveling frequently to field offices to provide hands-on support and guidance to field personnel on Wellview and Siteview. Own the functional roadmap for Peloton WellView, SiteView, and Peloton Frac while partnering with business leaders to identify automation and process improvement opportunities. Lead application enhancements, integrations, reporting, and workflow improvements, championing data governance and operational reporting. Deliver field support, training, and change management to drive continuous improvement and technology adoption across drilling, completions, and production teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
- 3–5+ years supporting upstream oil & gas operations
- direct exposure to drilling and completions operations
- Experience with Peloton applications and business analysis
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
- Proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Spotfire, Power BI)
