Technical Systems Analyst

Technical Systems Analyst role in Bengaluru, India focusing on automating business processes using UiPath. Identify automation opportunities, design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots; monitor and maintain deployed bots; troubleshoot issues; maintain technical documentation; collaborate with business units, process owners, and IT/security to ensure access, governance, and compliance; provide training and promote UiPath adoption across the organization. Required: a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; 4+ years of hands-on RPA development/analysis with UiPath; proficiency in UiPath Studio/Orchestrator/REFramework; scripting languages (VB.NET, C#, Python) a plus; familiarity with SQL, APIs, plugins, connectors, and integrations; UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Advanced Developer UiARD); strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred: experience with process discovery tools (UiPath Task Mining, Process Mining), Agile (JIRA/Azure DevOps), change management, automation governance, and cloud/container platforms (Azure, AWS, Docker).
