Job Summary

Conduct full-range complex technical operations to detect, identify, isolate, and mitigate technologies threatening classified information in CONUS and OCONUS environments. Assess surveillance threats and provide recommendations for countermeasures, while maintaining coordination with the Interagency Training Center to exchange emerging capabilities and best practices. Prepare and deliver classroom instruction, practical laboratory exercises, and mobile technical advisement to supported units. Complete 80 hours of advanced annual training and conduct operational test and evaluation of new equipment to refine Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures. Research national and international developments in technical security to advise on vulnerabilities and emerging threats. This role supports U.S. Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg, NC, with approximately 25% travel required.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active Top Secret security clearance
  • Current Interagency Training Center (ITC) certification in the conduct of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant TSCM experience
  • Strong cybersecurity and technical security background
  • Demonstrated knowledge of TSCM operations, technical surveillance threats, and countermeasure techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret building and facility design plans for the purpose of identifying vulnerabilities and implementing technical security upgrades
  • Knowledge of applicable physical and technical security standards and the ability to recommend appropriate security measures
  • Proven ability to work independently and produce concise, executive-level reports, briefings, and presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with military personnel, federal civilian employees, contractors, and company leadership
  • Ability to operate effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Must meet the minimum physical qualifications associated with the position as identified in DoD Instruction 5240.05
  • Ability and willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS approximately 25% of the time
