Job Summary
Technical support role delivering customer-facing service for veterinary and animal-health products, medical diagnostic and water-testing equipment. Responsibilities include resolving technical questions, guiding product usage, assisting with installations, configuring hardware/software, troubleshooting database/data communication issues, handling orders and billing, and maintaining strong customer relationships while adhering to quality and compliance standards. Strong interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking abilities required; extended hours and some travel may be necessary; English fluency and proficiency with Microsoft Office are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in medical, veterinary, or other related science and technology preferred
- Master's or higher degree is a plus
