Job Summary

Technical Support Technician providing first-line IT service desk support across multiple office locations with ~90% phone-based end-user interactions. Responsibilities include handling service desk calls and emails, hardware/software installation and repair, mobile device support (iOS/Android), AV/room tech support, remote access, asset management, office moves for Atlanta/Irvine locations, after-hours testing, and collaboration with attorneys and staff to resolve issues and maintain client service standards. Requires strong communication, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with Windows/Microsoft 365, AD, VPN, device imaging and remote management tools.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of concentrated Service Desk experience preferably in a law firm environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Microsoft Office, MTA, MCSA Windows 10/11, or COMPTIA A+ Certification desired
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Microsoft environment
  • Ability to communicate technical information both verbal and written to a wide range of end-users
  • Experience with supporting or utilizing administrative features for: Aderant, Intune, iManage, Mimecast, VPN, Windows LAPS, LogMeIn/GOTO remote management, ZOOM meetings and phones, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat DC, BigHand Dictation, Workshare, FortiClient, OKTA, JIRA, BitLocker, Internet Browsers, etc.
