Job Summary
Implements and maintains district hardware, software, networking equipment, and related devices to achieve district technology goals; provides computing installation, configuration, and break-fix services for faculty, staff, students, and administrative users; maintains documentation and inventory of hardware, software, and systems; collaborates with Engineers to identify and resolve complex problems; ensures high levels of customer satisfaction with clear, audience-appropriate communication; requires an Associate's degree or a high school diploma with industry certification; travel to school sites; normal office setting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in computer science or related field
- High school diploma and formal industry certification in a technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT in an educational environment (preferred)
- Microsoft/Cisco industry certification (preferred; required if candidate only has high school diploma)
- Valid Georgia Driver's License
