Job Summary
Technical Support Specialist role supporting RelativityOne Government product with a 4x10-hour weekend/weekday schedule (Sat-Sun-Tue-Wed, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM CST) and U.S. citizen/public trust clearance requirements. Responsibilities include diagnosing/troubleshooting software and networked systems, handling tickets in Salesforce, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, building product knowledge, partnering with senior team members to resolve incidents, and maintaining accurate ticket records. Requires SQL proficiency, Windows experience, customer-focused service delivery, attention to detail, and flexibility for on-call or varying shift times; travel up to 10% is possible. Compensation differential applies for Public Trust clearance; salary range targeted at $54,000–$80,000 annually depending on experience and internal pay equity.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen
- Public Trust clearance (required for RelativityOne Government product)
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (background screening, criminal history, drug use, financial records, character assessment)
- Experience in technical support or customer support with SQL and Windows platforms
- Travel up to 10% of time
- Ability to work 4x10-hour shifts including weekends (Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
- Excellent customer service and incident/ticket management skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar ticketing systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
