Required Qualifications
- 2+ years technical support experience
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience troubleshooting desktop applications (Windows and Mac)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and G Suite (Excel, Word, Sheets, Docs)
- Ability to type 50+ WPM
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and follow self-guided resources
