Job Summary
Technical Support Specialist providing Tier I/II IT support in a DoD/ enterprise environment. You’ll troubleshoot Windows OS and enterprise applications, manage Active Directory, support ticketing workflows for audit/compliance, and resolve hardware/software/network issues. You’ll collaborate with cybersecurity, network, and engineering partners to maintain secure, mission-ready systems, support imaging/patching/vulnerability remediation, and assist with operational exercises to sustain Army communications and information systems. TS/SCI clearance with Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC is required. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber, or Engineering preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience providing Tier I or II IT support in an enterprise or DoW environment
- Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems and common enterprise applications
- Experience with Active Directory user and group administration
- Experience maintaining ticketing workflows and documenting actions for audit and compliance
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
- Ability to resolve hardware and software issues with minimal oversight
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- TS/SCI clearance
- Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber, or Engineering
