Job Summary
Provide remote diagnostics and repair support to automotive workshops across Europe, handling vehicle IT hardware and software issues, and assisting with vehicle-specific spare parts setting. Communicate solutions clearly to customers via email. Requires formal automotive training and extensive diagnostic experience; strong technical knowledge of engine management, ADAS, electronics, and related vehicle systems. English fluency is required, with French as a plus. Possesses a customer-focused, proactive approach and a proven ability to diagnose issues remotely.
Required Qualifications
- Formal automotive training equivalent to expert-level technician
- Extensive hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and technical support
- Knowledge of vehicle IT hardware and software systems
- Ability to diagnose issues remotely and translate solutions clearly
- Excellent command of English; French language skills considered a plus
