Job Summary
FMH Conveyors is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to lead technical support efforts between customers and internal resources. Responsibilities include managing and resolving technical support inquiries, providing timely assistance, and quoting service and installation for customers. Candidates should possess 3+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. Preferred qualifications include technical or associates degree and expertise in ERP systems, particularly Excel.

- 3+ years of in-field service experience or troubleshooting support for conveying equipment
- Sound judgement

- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- High degree of professionalism and strong communication
- Leadership skills and teamwork orientation
- Computer skills: Sales Force, MS Office
- Excel skills at an expert level
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to learn new ERP Systems (Epicor)
- Expert level Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
