Role involves resolving customer issues via phone/video, maintaining records, communicating repair needs to the Customer Support Manager, performing in-house repairs, and supporting continuous improvement with other teams. Requires strong communication, customer service mindset, MS Office proficiency, ability to read drawings/wiring schematics, familiarity with AC/DC electrical systems, and readiness to participate in an on-call rotation; travel limited to training periods. High school diploma or equivalent is required; 3+ years in customer support/technical service is ideal.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical program completion or relevant military experience preferred
- At least 3 years of customer support or technical service experience. Ideal candidates have both
- Ability to read and understand drawings and wiring schematics
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation every 4 to 6 weeks
