Technical Support Specialist

Provide intermediate to advanced IT Help Desk support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for Windows and macOS computers. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software while managing IT assets, mobile devices, and the Help Desk software repository. Create and maintain user accounts within Microsoft Active Directory, develop technical documentation, and deliver end-user training. Collaborate with System Administrators to support infrastructure initiatives and assist with vendor relationships and procurement activities. Resolve end-user technical issues, complete assigned IT projects, and adhere to service level agreements while maintaining accurate records. Occasional travel and after-hours or weekend support may be required.
