Job Summary
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking; install and configure hardware and software applications; monitor and maintain Cartrack application and systems; collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain IT projects; document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs; provide technical support for IT matters; train users on Cartrack applications and hardware; continuously update technical knowledge and skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Nitec/Diploma/Bachelor in Computer/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication/Automotive Engineering or related discipline
