Job Summary
Technical Support Specialist at Motive working from the Mexico City area, delivering fast, empathetic support across phone, email, and chat in a 24/7 environment. Responsibilities include multi-channel triage, basic troubleshooting, logging and documentation, remote device actions (e.g., remote reboot), device health checks, escalation when needed, meeting priority and SLA expectations, and contributing to knowledge and workflows. Requires strong cross-domain collaboration with Technical Support, Product, Engineering, and other teams; familiarity with case-tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce), and experience handling complex technical issues. Fluency in Spanish and English, with a CS/Engineering background preferred, plus exposure to APIs, hardware/firmware troubleshooting, and on-call rotation flexibility.
