Job Summary
Technical Support Specialist for Autodesk's PIX and Flow Capture products. Provide technical and non-technical client support across multiple platforms, including in-person, phone, and email, with user training, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting (applications, hardware, and networks). Work with a Client Team supporting feature films, TV shows, networks, and studio campaigns; advise on project workflows and organization of materials; monitor client experiences and inform Customer Success on opportunities to enhance satisfaction; identify process improvements; track and resolve issues to completion; participate in testing new products and features; engage in special projects as needed. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in customer service/support, English communication skills, experience with Mac and Windows, ability to manage multiple projects, strong critical thinking, and experience with distributed/remote teams; entertainment-industry experience is a plus. This role is based in Los Angeles, CA in a hybrid capacity and offers opportunities to grow and take on additional responsibilities. Salary range: $60,100–$107,690 for US-based roles, with potential bonuses and benefits.
