Job Summary
Technical Support Specialist at ABB responsible for providing technical solutions, preparing offers/proposals based on customer inquiries, supporting final contract negotiations and technical agreements, and offering training of technical knowledge and differentiators. Involves participating in projects with technical influence related to solution and technical specification, and leveraging AUTOCAD drawing proficiency. Requires good electrical knowledge, ability to design electrical diagrams, strong communication skills in English, teamwork, and experience in AUTOCAD. Located in Beijing or Nanjing, China with on-site work expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in electrical power system, automation, electronics, machinery, mechatronics, industrial design or related
- At least 3 years related working experience
- Good electrical professional knowledge and independent electrical diagram design ability
- Good communication skills in both oral and written English
- Proficient in AUTOCAD drawing software
