Job Summary
Support international service teams with complex technical escalations and recurring field issues, often acting as third-line escalation for the Lely Vector and Juno feeding systems. Analyze failure data to drive structural improvements and collaborate with engineering teams on maintenance standards and new product features. Deliver technical training to global colleagues and participate in cross-functional projects bridging service and product development. After the onboarding period, join a telephone availability service to address critical inquiries outside standard hours. Requires an HBO or WO degree in engineering, strong analytical skills, and fluent English. Salary ranges from €3,841 to €4,500 gross monthly, with a hybrid schedule of at least three days per week at the Maassluis Campus.
Required Qualifications
