Job Summary

Technical Support Level 1 Specialist for Europe, focusing on Spanish- and English-speaking markets, providing phone, chat, and email support for Hostaway's SaaS platform. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues, collaborating with Product Development and QA to resolve complex problems, documenting inquiries and resolutions, contributing to knowledge base articles, delivering product demonstrations and training as needed, and staying up to date with product features. Requires 2+ years of SaaS or tech support experience, C2 Spanish and English proficiency (French a plus), and willingness to work a 9 AM–6 PM CEST shift. Fully remote within EMEA; remote collaboration with an international team.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer support in a SaaS or technology environment
  • C2-level Spanish and English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • French proficiency is a plus
  • Willingness to work shifts (9 AM to 6 PM CEST)
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with a SaaS platform
  • Strong communication skills (phone, chat, email)
  • Ability to document and track inquiries in a support system
  • Proactive mindset for process improvements
