Job Summary
Provide Level 1 support for hardware, software, SaaS, and mobile solutions while adhering to the Product Training Curriculum. Own customer issues through resolution, proactively anticipate needs by listening to all details, and continually improve customer-facing knowledge base articles. Work as a team to meet or exceed Command Alkon's Support SLAs, progressing from work-shadowing to supervised and independent tasks under guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in providing technical support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
