Job Summary

Senior Technical Support Analyst to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot incidents and service requests for Actisure across environments, focusing on system performance during overnight batch processing, and to contribute to projects and system enhancements within an Agile framework. Responsibilities include configuring Actisure across environments, liaising with partner departments, documenting and maintaining processes, advising on testing and training staff, resolving production issues via ServiceNow, escalating when needed, creating output documents, conducting acceptance and user acceptance testing, and using SQL, Azure DevOps, and JIRA to support releases from development to production. The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 5+ years of technical/application/production support experience, and strong analytical, planning, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years’ work experience in technical/application/production support
  • Incident management experience
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • SQL
  • Azure DevOps
  • JIRA
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Actisure or policy administration systems (preferred)
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Ability to create and maintain documentation
  • Testing (acceptance testing and UAT) experience
  • Experience interpreting and aiding in production releases
