Job Summary
Record and complete all customer phone contacts within the prescribed database and execute the entire AOG Response process consistently. Troubleshoot, analyze, and recommend corrective action for aircraft discrepancies while coordinating with the Worldwide Technical Front Line team to resolve issues timely. Assist customers in obtaining necessary parts from Spares and review technical materials to make recommendations for manual revisions. Submit owner information changes as advised and suggest methods to promote safety, performance, or reduced operational costs. This role requires an A&P license and minimum two years of experience with Falcon Jet aircraft systems. Some travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- A&P license
- Minimum two (2) years of work experience on or with Falcon Jet aircraft systems, i.e., avionics, engines or equivalent to those installed on Falcon Jet aircraft
- Good computer and telephone communication skills
- Some travel
