Technical Support Representative (Trilingual: Portuguese, Spanish, English)

Job Summary
Provide multilingual technical support for Seagull Software's enterprise on-prem and SaaS solutions, acting as the first line of contact with external customers via email, chat, and phone. Support customers in Portuguese, Spanish, and English; troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalate when needed, contribute to documentation and Knowledge Base, and collaborate with Engineering, IT, QA, and Sales. Opportunity to take on special tasks and projects (report writing, product documentation, improvements) while delivering a World-Class customer experience. This is a contract position, remote in Brazil, with shift hours from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM BRT and occasional on-call weekend work; independent contractor arrangements required; preferred Computer Science degree or technology certification, with CompTIA A+ as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ prior experience as a technical support representative
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Technical aptitude with ability to learn new software
- Strong written and verbal communication in English, Spanish and Portuguese
- Problem-solving ability and active listening
- Ability to work independently as an contractor
- Independent contractor status
