Job Summary

Technical Support Representative at TradeStation provides education and support across trading technology platforms (mobile, web, desktop), handles escalated issues via phone and email, trains clients on proprietary trading software, acts as a liaison with other departments, owns issue reporting and follow-up, delivers client service for web/mobile/platform access, troubleshoots software/hardware, and contributes to QA and product testing. Requires strong communication, customer service excellence, dependability, and a Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of Technical Support experience; relevant certifications (MTA/MCSA/MCSE; IT fundamentals like A+/Network+/Security+; Series 7/63/3) are preferred. The role is located on-site at the Plantation, FL office with a competitive pay range and benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferably Computer Science, MIT, IT, Finance or related discipline)
  • 3-5 years of Technical Support experience
  • Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
  • Desire Qualifications: CompTIA Core Certification (IT Fundamentals, A+, Network+, Security+)
  • Securities Industry qualifications: Series 7, 63 & 3
